King Yemma or King Emna is a fictional character that appears in Dragonball Z.

[edit] Plot involvement

King Yemma is Lord of the Other World and it is his job to pass judgement on all souls that die and decide whether they should go to Heaven or Hell. He also has the ability to pull some strings when needed, such as allowing Vegeta to return to Earth despite being dead, or reincarnating Kid Buu's spirit into that of a good hearted boy. He is physically quite strong, although stated to be weaker than King Kai.
